Kaiya Torgerson was nominated and chosen as the PG Cares Youth of the Month. Kaiya is a 7th grader this year at Pleasant Grove Jr. High.

Kaiya was nominated for PG’s Teen of the month because she is always trying her best at school, helping other students, is friends with all and includes others who may be new. She also is a part of the Choose Kindness club and volunteers at church. She has helped at her old Elementary school with PTA events and is a great role model for her younger siblings.
Kaiya is the middle child of a family of 7. She has a silly side and a serious side and knows when to use them. She loves school and is a wonderful, loving, reliable young lady.
