Free

Springville Library is hosting an upcoming mental health night that will be on April 7th from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm, designed for teens and their parents/guardians.

Local author Erin Stewart and Leah Jaramillo, LMFT, will present an evening focused on teen mental health. Erin is the author of The Words We Keep, a young adult novel that explores topics of mental health, self-discovery, and healing. The event will have a Q&A session and interactive activities for parents and youth to do together. There will be cookies and fun giveaway items. It is going to be a great opportunity to start mental health conversations with youth, their parents, and within our community, as well as share mental health resources and information.
