Table Talk – Supporting Kids through big life changes

Change can be tough and the transitions of life call for some extra preparation and support. Come and learn how to better support our kids (and maybe ourselves) through the big changes we all face. Our local mental health and child development professionals will be teaching a few skills and answering questions at this Table Talk Event.
