We’re excited to invite you to our Community Connection Event, Kindness is a Superpower—an evening focused on connection, encouragement, and the power of showing up for one another. This family-friendly event brings our community together to learn, serve, and connect around the idea that kindness and compassion truly make a difference.
The evening will kick off at 5:30 PM with mental health resource booths, where attendees can connect with local organizations and supports available in our community. At 6:00 PM, we’ll begin a hands-on service project with Stitching Hearts Worldwide, creating items that will benefit children and families locally and around the world. At 7:00 PM, we’re thrilled to welcome Ryan Newman, a beloved Pleasant Grove High School history teacher and engaging storyteller, who will bring humor, honesty, and real-life insight in a message that resonates with all ages.
We are also collecting donations of coloring books, crayons, stickers, and 1½-yard pieces of fleece to support this service effort. As a thank-you, anyone who donates an item will receive a coupon for a free cone at Blue Moo. Whether you come for the resources, the service project, the speaker, or all of it, we hope you’ll join us for a meaningful evening of connection, kindness, and community. 💙
WE CAN COME TO YOU! We are happy to schedule any of our evidence-based classes for your group (family, business, church, etc). Our certified instructors are wonderful presenters and facilitate important educational discussions.
