DESCRIPTION:Springville Library is hosting an upcoming mental health night that will be on April 7th from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm\, designed for teens and their parents/guardians. \nLocal author Erin Stewart and Leah Jaramillo\, LMFT\, will present an evening focused on teen mental health. Erin is the author of The Words We Keep\, a young adult novel that explores topics of mental health\, self-discovery\, and healing. The event will have a Q&A session and interactive activities for parents and youth to do together. There will be cookies and fun giveaway items. It is going to be a great opportunity to start mental health conversations with youth\, their parents\, and within our community\, as well as share mental health resources and information.
