Erin is the author of The Words We Keep\, a young adult novel that explores topics of mental health\, self-discovery\, and healing. The event will have a Q&A session and interactive activities for parents and youth to do together. There will be cookies and fun giveaway items. It is going to be a great opportunity to start mental health conversations with youth\, their parents\, and within our community\, as well as share mental health resources and information.
