Our expert speaker\, Dr. Bryan Weed\, is a pediatrician with Utah Valley Pediatrics. The Anxious Generation\, by Jonathan Haidt\, is a well-researched book that highlights some of the causes of the current mental health epidemic among our youth today and gives some suggestions on ways to help youth have healthier boundaries with technology while building resilience in the real world.
